Hello! I'm back again! Argh! I think I failed in my time management! I'm feeling damn frustrated! Seriously, I feel that 24 hours a day is just not enough for me. Food project dateline is due soon. English debate is due next week. FHH and my speech presentation is on next wednesday! Oh my god! I'm goin crazy soon man! To make things worst, I haven't really started doing anything, except for typing out my speeech. I haven't practice it though, so I'm not really prepared for next wednesday. So, what causes all these frustrations? PROCRASTINATION IS THE CULPRIT! Honestly speaking, I procrastinate too much! The term is coming to an end real soon. This is already the 8th week. Gosh, I think that I played too much! I need to buck up NOW!
Food: Basically, we are learning all the essentials. We learnt about coffee, tea, water, colourings and so on. In the past, I don't really pay much attention to the food I consume. I just consume them Now, I do understand how these food came about and at least know their uses. Catering science: Carbohydrates, proteins and fats. This is so Biology! But it is less complicated as compared to what I learnt in the past. However, the sad thing is that whatever I had learnt before, I returned them all back to my teacher. Baking: We just keep baking the same pastries. It's just that we used different methods to make the dough and stuff. For puff pastry, twe learnt 2 methods. French method and english method. We baked choux pastry twice, using different types of flour to test out the texture. English: Direct speech VS reported speech. Yup, I guessed this is what I'd learnt so far. Good night, and bye~

Hello, I'm back again! I baked cream puff and e claire today! Woohoo! I love today's IS as those who finished early get to leave first! And, I like the feedback that Miss Cheah gave me. She is just so nice to let us leave early! Intially, the IS was supposed to be cancelled. We were happy but when we heard that Miss Cheah is taking our class, we were super disappointed. We thought that IS was cancelled and we could go out together as a class. However, when we found out that Miss Cheah made the special effort to come back when she's halfway to JB, we didn't grumble. In the end, we had fun! I really enjoy today's IS! LOVES (: Bye~

Hello! I baked tuna puff yesterday. I didn't know that puff pastry was so complicated with all the lamination steps. You fold and rest the dough, fold and rest the dough and so on for four times. It's so complicated! However, the end product was fabulous! I love my tuna puff with extra fillings! Haha! I'm so greedy! :p Bye~

Hello. I'm back here to blog (: Haha. Progress test is finally over! *Relief* But soon, there will be exams? Oh ya. With regards to the debate, I actually look forward to it! It's been ages since I last have a debate. I'm not good at it but I still want to try (: Haha! Imagine the class get so agitated and there's lots of shooting here and there. It's like WOW!!! Anyway, we baked pizza yesterday. And I enjoyed the IS! Class A and Class B had IS together and it was fun! I want our class to have combined IS. Although it's squeezy but the more the merrier (: We can stay bonded too! Okay. I shall stop here. Got nothing else to say. Bye~
