Hello, I'm back again! I baked cream puff and e claire today! Woohoo! I love today's IS as those who finished early get to leave first! And, I like the feedback that Miss Cheah gave me. She is just so nice to let us leave early! Intially, the IS was supposed to be cancelled. We were happy but when we heard that Miss Cheah is taking our class, we were super disappointed. We thought that IS was cancelled and we could go out together as a class. However, when we found out that Miss Cheah made the special effort to come back when she's halfway to JB, we didn't grumble. In the end, we had fun! I really enjoy today's IS! LOVES (: Bye~

Hello! I baked tuna puff yesterday. I didn't know that puff pastry was so complicated with all the lamination steps. You fold and rest the dough, fold and rest the dough and so on for four times. It's so complicated! However, the end product was fabulous! I love my tuna puff with extra fillings! Haha! I'm so greedy! :p Bye~

Hello. I'm back here to blog (: Haha. Progress test is finally over! *Relief* But soon, there will be exams? Oh ya. With regards to the debate, I actually look forward to it! It's been ages since I last have a debate. I'm not good at it but I still want to try (: Haha! Imagine the class get so agitated and there's lots of shooting here and there. It's like WOW!!! Anyway, we baked pizza yesterday. And I enjoyed the IS! Class A and Class B had IS together and it was fun! I want our class to have combined IS. Although it's squeezy but the more the merrier (: We can stay bonded too! Okay. I shall stop here. Got nothing else to say. Bye~

*A heavy sign* Next week is progress test. Oh my god!! I haven't even started. Anyway, I think that I had learnt quite a lot so far. Especially for English. The english taught in Shatec is totally different from what I had learnt. In secondary school, I don't remember learning all these basics. Guess that teachers thought that we already knew so they don't bother to teach? I didn't know a word can have 12 tenses to it until yesterday. In JC, my teachers never really go through such things. So, I end up having atrocious English. Haha! I baked brownies and fruit cake yesterday! I love brownies (: I will update soon. Bye~

Yo. I'm sorry for this belated post. Haha. I'm to lazy to blog laa. Okay. Last Saturday, we baked swiss roll. It's nice, but this week, we are baking swiss roll again. The difference is that we are baking swiss roll of different flavours -.- Food lesson, as usual, learnt more about the food laa. Cream, cheese , yoghurt and more. Haha. My brain is getting saturated already. Progress test is coming soon! Oh my god! I'm so nervous. HELP!!! Alright. I shall stop here for now. Bye (:
