Hello! I baked tuna puff yesterday. I didn't know that puff pastry was so complicated with all the lamination steps. You fold and rest the dough, fold and rest the dough and so on for four times. It's so complicated! However, the end product was fabulous! I love my tuna puff with extra fillings! Haha! I'm so greedy! :p Bye~
